Nelson Wanyonyi Osiemo is the Managing Partner of the firm and a seasoned legal practitioner with over a decade of experience in diverse areas of law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and was admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 2012. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Law (LLM) at the University of London, U.K.

Mr. Osiemo’s professional journey reflects a strong foundation in litigation, conveyancing, commercial practice, and arbitration,having worked with leading law firms in Nairobi before establishing the firm. His expertise spans both contentious and noncontentious matters, enabling him to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to client needs.

He has successfully handled high-value and complex transactions, including recently leading contractual negotiations for a client developing a wind power plant valued at over USD 80 million. This achievement underscores his ability to navigate intricate legal frameworks and deliver strategic outcomes in energy and infrastructure projects.

As a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public, Mr. Osiemo continues to maintain an active litigation and commercial practice. His approach is characterized by strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to advancing client interests.

Beyond his legal practice, Nelson is passionate about fostering innovation in legal service delivery and mentoring young lawyers. His leadership ensures the firm remains client-focused, solution-oriented, and aligned with global best practices. He currently serves as a Board Member to HIV/AIDS Tribunal in Kenya and various boards in the Anglican Church of Kenya.
