She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from Middlesex University, London (UK), equipping her with a global perspective on complex commercial transactions and regulatory frameworks. Lynnette is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the East African Law Society (EALS), and the Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Kenya, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and advocacy. Lynnette served as Senior Associate at MMAN Advocates, a leading Kenyan law firm affiliated with TerraLex and the Africa Alliance of Eversheds Sutherland.

During her tenure at MMAN Advocates, she advised on numerous high-value and complex transactions, including acting for ICEA LION Asset Management in acquiring STANLIB Kenya’s fund management business, including unit trusts and the STANLIB Fahari I-REIT.
